Hank Rowland, President of Grace Development Corporation, oversees the daily operations of the organization. He is a fourth generation Atlantan and a graduate of The Lovett School and Presbyterian College. Mr. Rowland is also a licensed real estate broker with vast experience in site selection, business management and sales. In addition, he has developed over $50,000,000 of residential properties in and around Atlanta.
Currently, Grace Development Corporation has several projects in various stages of development, construction and sales. The Overlook at Marietta Country Club is a 399 lot development in Cobb County. The community features new homes from the $700’s to over $1 million. Grace Development and Province Development, Inc. are partners in the ownership of this property.
